Sarah West has spent her working life in a wide variety of roles across the public and not for profit sectors, designing and setting up innovative services which have had one thing in common; they have all been about helping people explore and achieve their potential.

Sarah is a licensed master practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Hypno-Genetic Evolution. She is a Reiki Initiate and has previously trained in counselling, Psychosynthesis and coaching.

Sarah set up Source because she is passionately committed to drawing from this rich range of skills and experience to support each person in taking charge of their life.
